Season Two of Revolutionary Leadership is here.

I started writing the book in the summer of 2025. The research was done by December. The manuscript was not.

Season One launched on the first day of 2026, and it turned out to be exactly where I needed to be while I finished the book. Fourteen women sat across from me and told me the truth about how they lead. Every conversation was a live test of what I was writing.

They built themselves into an arc I did not fully see until it was over. Naming the trap. Building from the outside in. Turning inward. Institutional transformation. That is Season One in four moves.

The manuscript was done this spring. Revolutionary Leadership: A Power Playbook for Black Women came into the world on August 4th, published by Entrepreneur Books, a Forbes imprint. It rests on thirty years of my own practice, twenty years of research across two studies of more than six hundred Black women, and every lesson those fourteen guests handed me on the show.

Not inspiration. Infrastructure. That is still the whole point.

Before I go any further, I want to name something.

To every guest who sat across from me and told me something true, some of it costly to say out loud: thank you. You did not just make an episode. You made a body of evidence.

And to everyone listening. Downloading. Sending an episode to one woman who needed to hear it. You are the reason this show got treated as research and not as a nice story. Thank you for that.

The Book Is the Backbone Now

Season Two moves chapter by chapter through the book. Same four Parts. Same architecture.

Part 1 is Understanding the Landscape. Why the barriers exist, and what they force us to invent.

Part 2 is Strategic Power. Relationship mastery. Visibility. Resource leverage. The mechanics of moving what needs to move.

Part 3 is Transforming Cultures. The arc that runs from surviving a system to rebuilding one.

Part 4 is Legacy and Liberation. What advancement costs, and who pays for it.

Sixteen episodes. Four Parts. One backbone.

I Opened the Season Alone. With Harriet Tubman.

Not the version you learned in February. The brave woman who led people north.

The version who built a distributed network across more than a thousand miles of hostile territory, with no capital, no title, and no ability to read the documents that governed her own legal status. The version who ran that network for a decade. Zero people lost.

She is the first Revolutionary Pathmaker named in the book. She will not be the last one we name this season.

What Is Next

In two weeks, is back to open the first guest conversation of Season Two.

She opened Season One in Episode 2, and it became our most downloaded conversation of the season. She is coming back this time not just as a guest but as a fellow host in the room, and I am glad to have her there.

After that, thirteen more guests take you through the rest of the book. Some of those seats are already filled. Some are not, and I am taking my time filling them. I would rather have the right woman than a fast yes.
